 After a chat with @flixos90 , I have updated the patch. In
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/46167/46167.2.diff
 46167.2.diff] we force the `wp_check_site_meta_support_prefilter` filter
 to be applied, to make sure that it is applied.
