 Hi @jbph,

 Thanks for opening this ticket, and welcome to Trac!

 I am unable to reproduce the issue that you are describing in my testing.
 I see the All Media Items and All Dates dropdowns on both the grid and
 list views of the media library.

 Can you confirm that you are talking about the `wp-admin/upload.php` page
 and not a modal that is accessible through the block editor?

 Can you also see if you still experience the issue with all plugins
 disabled?

 I am marking this as a candidate for closure because it is working for me,
 and there have been no other reports of this issue so far. I think it is
 an issue with your specific setup.
