Comment:

 @joemcgill @peterwilsoncc - can you guys please confirm that this should
 be closed and flagged as invalid? I don't believe it should be based on
 the outlined requirements.

 This is my first contribution to core and have worked really long and hard
 to get to a point I can contribute back and sadly its been a very
 disheartening process so far :( I would really appreciate some feedback
 and help to make it happen. Please could you guys give me a helping hand
 :)
