 As you can see in this video when we have switched to code editor a scroll
 started coming there which gives the feeling that something is out of the
 visibility area.

 I have found something else as well. Please see:

 As you can see in the video that some actions are going out of the
 visibility and one has to scroll to see them and because of that white
 space is also coming to the right of the admin bar. It's happening when a
 button started coming there.
