 WordPress 5.2.1 running Spike theme.

 Posts - Add New.
 Add Paragraph Block.
 > Enter a couple sentences.

 Add Separator Block.
 > a Default short centered line appears.

 Change Block options to "Wide Line".
 > the line width now matches paragraph width - on Edit Post page.

 Do Update/Save.
 Do Preview.
 > Line is still short... :(
