 Hey @Clorith,

 I "kind of" understand the logic behind that but that being said I'm
 pretty sysops and devops heavy I'm wondering if I should patch WordPress
 core to recommend `opcache`, `memcache` and `memcached` too in the Site
 Health checks? That will add a hell of a lot more performance to WordPress
 sites than BC Math. Core doesn't need `bcmath` and it doesn't need and of
 the packages I mentioned as well.

 Sorry if I sound horrible i just don't understand the logic behind this.
