New description:

 When I'm writing an article I always want to select a primary category for
 my post. When I write an article by enabling the classic editor I get the
 option to make any category as primary.

 Now when I do the same by enabling Gutenberg editor, I can't get the
 option to select a category as primary.
 Please fix this issue in the next update.

 Hello @linuxrajdeep, welcome to WordPress Trac!

 Thanks for your report. By default WordPress core has no functionality to
 set a primary category. You likely have a plugin installed which gives you
 that feature. Please check your plugins and try contacting the plugin
 author to request compatibility with the block editor.
