 Thanks @ramiy - this is indeed fixed now, but I just want to mention that
 switching the hours/minutes order in the RTL translation is semantically
 incorrect. But since this only affects the classic editor, I'm fine with
 it - though this is something we'd want to share with all the other RTL
 language teams (Arabic uses the extra space method you've mentioned
 before, and Farsi doesn't have any "fix" in the translation).
