A few other requirements off the top of my head:

 - You need to have Docker installed and running on your computer. If you
don't have Docker installed, you can download it for Windows 10
 Pro/Enterprise/Education
 [https://download.docker.com/win/stable/Docker%20for%20Windows%20Installer.exe
here]. For all other versions of Windows, here are
 [https://docs.docker.com/toolbox/toolbox_install_windows/ installation
 instructions].
 - After applying the patch, you'll need to run `npm install` before
 running `npm run env:start`.
 - If you're ''not'' using Windows 10 Pro/Enterprise/Education, there's an
[comment:3 additional command] you'll need to run after starting the
environment, in order to be able to visit the site in your browser.

You're absolutely right, documentation is an important part of this.
Unfortunately, the documentation isn't written yet: my current focus has
been on getting the tool working.

I greatly appreciate you jumping in and trying out this early version.
Please post all issues you run into (no matter how minor), as that'll help
improve both the tool and the documentation. 🙂
