 Hi, welcome to WordPress Core Trac and thanks for opening this ticket,

 The webpage located at
 https://uploads.knightlab.com/storymapjs/e77e323f23d2020f7a971d725c06ead9/italy-2019/index.html
 uses dependancies that doesn't allow the content to be published on other
 websites. Then, the content cannot be embedded with embed block or even
 with custom HTML block. This is not related to WordPress but to the
 resource itself.
