 What would be ideal, in my opinion, would be options on a setup screen
 that would allow the user to select various EXIF fields, {Custom Text}, or
 {None}; for Title, Alternative Text, Caption, and Description.  Defaults
 could be set to the current usage.  This would give the most flexibility
 and would retain the EXIF information.
