From #core-site-health discussion today some notes;

moving numbers in the "headers", and instead introduce a second paragraph
with the relevant numbers in the description to keep the information
overload to a minimum whenever possible (edited)

instead of just ‘recommended’ so users don’t just do the 7.3 and will feel
ok to go with a 7.3.x
