 The only string I'd be concerned about here is the one in `wp-
 includes/user.php` as all the other error messages there have the `Error:
 ` prefix, examples;
 > '<strong>ERROR</strong>: Please enter a username.'
 > '<strong>ERROR</strong>: This username is already registered. Please
 choose another one.'
