 I very poorly worded 2) in the chat. A bit of clarification:

 - I think users should be able to set the header alt somehow, but am
 uncertain of the optimal UX for that.
 - We could search for/retrieve the alt of the parent image, but that alt
 might not be correct for the cropped header.
