 Awesome, thanks for following up on that, @stevetauber!

 In WordPress 5.1, we've updated to Twemoji 11.2, but it's a bit late in
 the cycle to be bumping the version again. With this version bump,
 however, it's unlikely that this asset will be cached much yet, I've
 manually updated the image on the CDN.

 If you do happen to see the old image appear, I'll see if it's possible
