 if `SCRIPT_DEBUG` is set.

 We could ask [https://github.com/jimmywarting/FormData the author] to
 include a formdata.js in a /dist directory. They are using the Closure
 Compiler so the
 [https://developers.google.com/closure/compiler/docs/compilation_levels?csw=1#whitespace_only
 WHITESPACE_ONLY] option would fit for this.
