 The quote blocks in Twenty Seventeen don't include the same alignment
 functionality/styles as blockquotes when added to the classic
 editor/block.

 When aligned left and right, blockquotes in the classic editor use a
 smaller font size.

 When there is no sidebar, these blockquotes pull slightly outside of the
 content area.

 When there is a sidebar, right-aligned blockquotes pull fully outside of
 the content area.

 The quote blocks currently don't include any of this styling; it would be
 good to have them displaying consistently when aligned left and right.

 Found through testing #40103.
