 Some of my observations is that there's a ticket which makes changes to
 comment replies, which I had ignored in my tests.

 That changes the file comment-reply.min.js which takes care of clicking on
 replies.

 That should stop reloading the page. I think "Cancel reply" (it's a link)
 may have some issues.
