Comment:

 The Classic Editor will be supported till 2021 and I'd tend to think it
 makes sense to align these names with the ones Gutenberg uses: "Visual
 Editor" and "Code Editor". It's a small change that will improve a bit
 consistency. Moving to Future Release for consideration.
