Comment:

 They are from the Gutenberg packages. Webpack copies them over, and also
 creates RTL versions automatically. Since there has been
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/12729 no activity upstream
 on your ticket], I am going to punt this. 5.0.3 RC is due out on January
 7th, but if this is ready before that, we can re-add it.
