 Thanks for the ticket, and welcome to Trac!

 Are you able to reproduce this issue on a fresh install of WordPress with
 all plugins disabled? If so, can you include the steps you are taking to
 produce reproduce this in detail so others can see the bug in action?

 Wondering if this is potentially related to #44127, #42437, or #24518.
