Comment:

 Reopening for backport.

 I was going to note that even after setting `editor-font-sizes` to
 `array()`, the dropdown still "opens". But, that
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/13824 seems to be fixed
 upstream] and can be expected in 5.2.
