 Not sure how to explain this:
 1) Edit a page
 2) If page has a warning notice at top, e.g "there is a more recent
 version of this page, restore?"
 3) Right hand menu will scroll down as you go down the page, but not back
 up. So if you edit something at the bottom of the page, you can't get back
 to the save button.
 4) Dismiss the warning notice before you scroll and the menu works
 normally.
