 It would be very helpful to offer a Notes column to the Plugins list in
 the admin. This would allow developers to note what exactly the plugin
 does for the site and where to find it. I feel this would make it easier
 for future developers to figure out how certain features are implemented
 and allow them to clear out unused plugins when they are no longer needed.
 It may also help to keep admins from deleting plugins that are needed.
