 Does this happen when you use the new block editor? Which plugin are you
 using to create your events list?

 To get your site working as it did with WordPress 4.9, you can install the
 [https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ Classic Editor plugin],
 which will bring back the old editing interface while we figure out the
 fix.
