 When I updated to 5.1 it showed me a welcome screen saying welcom to
 5.0.3. And again the update request notification was shown. When I clicked
 that it took me to database update and I need. Even after that the version
 detected by wordfence was 5.0.3. I did a reinstall and then it showed me
 the real 5.1 welcome message. Is this a bug?
