Comment:

 I'm unable to reproduce this on my reading of the bug report:

 1. Register custom taxonomy
 2. Create new term in that taxonomy
 3. Navigate to wp-admin/term.php?taxonomy=foo&tag_ID=123, where `foo` is
 the tax and `123` is the term ID.

 The page loads normally for me.

 If you can reproduce on a stock installation of WordPress (no plugins, one
 of the default themes), please reopen with details.
