 Wow took me a long time with this new WordPress 1st time used a video in
 it and it showed just like a photo of it and clicking on it nothing.

 I had to edit it in HTML and add a controls> near the end. So like this
 <video src="https://blog/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/video.mp4" controls>
 <video>

 Then it worked.
