 {{{wp_nav_menu_item_post_type_meta_box()}}} tests used by the meta boxes
 on the {{{/wp-admin/nav-menus.php}}} admin page.

 Contains the following test cases:

 - The function should contain no items without pages
 - The function should include a page only once, when viewing all pages.
 - The function should include the front page only once, when viewing all
 pages.
