 When viewing a Page or a Post, the "Customize" link takes the user to a
 page that shows quick-links to edit menus and widgets on that thing, and
 the "Edit Thing" link takes the user to the block-editor.

 As these features slowly converge, I think it's important to consider all
 of the small ways we can gently guide users using incremental nudges like
 simply making these 2 links closer, combining them into 1 dropdown, or
 something else.
