 However, to save you some time and answer your question, ask your host
 about their `mod_security` rules. This is likely blocking you from sending
 potentially dangerous things to websites, in an attempt to block hacking
 scripts and the like. I've seen it on a number of hosting services before,
 usually because they make their rules overly aggressive.

 So this isn't really a WordPress specific issue. Talk to your host. Or
 switch hosts.
