 As far as I see best would be to split `editor.css` into several parts:
 - Styles for the "Advanced Link" modal.
 - Overrides for TinyMCE's `skin.min.css` for the editor buttons icons (we
 use Dashicons for most).
 - Overrides for the Classic Editor (for the old Edit Post screen and any
 plugins that use `wp_editor()`).
 - Overrides for the Classic Block. These need to be added/improved here:
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/master/packages/block-
 library/src/classic/editor.scss.
