 @apedog Looks good, nice to see progress on this! I like the current
 separation of `do_redirect_guess_404_permalink` and
 `pre_redirect_guess_404_permalink`, since this allows filters for
 `do_redirect_guess_404_permalink` to always take precedence over those for
 `pre_redirect_guess_404_permalink`, rather than needing plugin authors to
 mess around with priority numbers for certain use cases.
