 Hello @passoniate, thanks for the patch.

 Files in the dist directory are auto-generated by our build tooling. To
 avoid this you should make sure to create patches from
 https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk/ which doesn't contain these
 files.

 The source of the specific line is
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/master/packages/block-
 library/src/image/style.scss#L88. Feel free to submit a pull request on
 GitHub to get this changed.
