 Build/Test Tools: Pass the `TRAVIS_BRANCH` and `TRAVIS_PULL_REQUEST`
 environment variables along to the Docker container.

 This ensures that `WP_UnitTestCase::skipOnAutomatedBranches()` has access
 to these variables.
