 If footer credit text were a widget, there would be new widgets area. I
 feel this situation is out of widgets area context. This would be better
 the footer credit is editable from customizer instead. However, should
 other themes follow this rule as well? I think no at this time. If I stand
 on theme's developer shoes, I would be happy if people could appreciate my
 work.
