 Yeah, I'm pretty amazed this hasn't been implemented. I just spent ages
 persuading imagemagick to automatically create thumbnails of my PDFs, and
 then I have no option to get them on the public website? That's actually
 pretty weird.

 The hard work - getting the thumbnails from the PDFs - had been done.

 It's a feature I would use on loads of my sites if it worked properly.
