 Discussed during today's accessibility bug-scrub. Agreed that ''visible''
 headings would be preferable.

 Re: potential text for the headings:

 In the Posts list, WordPress uses some visually hidden headings, for
 example:
 - Filter posts list
 - Posts list

 For the list of attachments, the media modal dialog already uses a
 visually hidden heading:
 - Attachments list

 Similarly for the related filters I'd suggest:
 - Filter attachments list


 Note related to copy: all the items in the left menu start with a verb
 except "Featured image", not sure why:
