 Thanks for the info, @anevins!

 There are a couple of things that jump out:

 - Your versions of Node and NPM are pretty old, could you head over to
 https://nodejs.org/ and download/install the latest LTS version (currently
 10.16.3).
 - It looks like Docker is unable to connect to the Docker Registry, for
 downloading images. Do you need to use a proxy to connect to the internet,
 or are you using a VPN? Both of these can cause problems.
