 Copy a block in the Gutenberg editor and then paste it using the Ctrl+C
 and Ctrl+V. The result is an extra classic editor block being inserted in
 addition to the originally copied block. Our test environment:

 Windows 10 + Chrome Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) and
 FireFox 68.0.2 (64-bit) and Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0.
