 troubleshooting this issue, I'd suggest that you open a ticket in
 https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

 Trac is used for reporting and fixing issues with WordPress itself. We can
 close this ticket for now. If it should later turn out that there IS an
 issue with WordPress, then you can reopen the ticket and add descriptions
 on what configuration and steps one would need to make in order to make
 the bug happen.
