 I think you're right @afercia and I was not thorough when testing. While I
 was able to set an `alt` text to the image:

 [[Image(https://cldup.com/05a3ZVyEkA.png)]]

 the `alt` text **does not appear** on the actual HTML:

 [[Image(https://cldup.com/Vlc3MD6c0N.png)]]
