#47933: My "+" toolbar icon is not working as a result my H2, H3, H4 headers,
images, letter fonts, colour etc i can't add to my new posts page.

 My "+" toolbar icon is inactive as a result the above tools like H2, H3,
 H4 headers, images, letter fonts, colour etc i can't add to my new posts
 pages. I am trying to resolve this issue since past one week but I didn't
 found solution for it on any platform. Can you please solve my issue
 with"+"toolbar icon?
