 Hello @mitchellk,

 Thanks for reporting this.

 I've tried to reproduce the issue on a fresh 5.2.2 install with the
 default theme and no active plugin.
 Tried on many drafts but all of their revisions work as expected.

 Can you try to do the same and let me know if you still have the issue.

 Maybe there is a plugin that's interfering with the revisions.
