Comment:

 I agree, neither of these are a good fit for whitelisting.

 I couldn't see any manual embedding options for DTube, but I did notice
 that BitChute embeds with a simple `<iframe>`. If BitChute were to
 implement [https://oembed.com/ oEmbed Discovery], then this would be
 automatically recognised by WordPress and used for embedding.
