 1) I wonder if the h1 heading should be capitalized to:

 }}}

 2) Then there are existing (blue) primary submit buttons that are
 capitalized, like the {{{Log In}}} and {{{Get New Password}}} buttons, so
 should the same apply for the {{{The email is correct}}} button?

 3) When I click on the {{{Update}}}button, I'm taken to:

 https://example.com/wp-admin/options-
 general.php?highlight=confirm_admin_email
 }}}

 but I'm not seeing the {{{Administration Email Address}}} part being
 highlighted.

 What is the expected highlighting behavior here?
