 @pento Thanks for the update, I think this looks fantastic.

 Some quick thoughts:

  - Should this `tools/local-env/scripts/e2e.js` live in the local-env
 folder? or maybe in the e2e tests folder? or a tools folder dedicated to
 tests?
  - Is it still possible to pass extra arguments to the `npm run test:e2e`
 command to run a specific test or trigger the interactive mode with this
 new script?
