 while on on a holiday :)

 In the current patch both links point to
 https://wordpress.org/support/article/settings-general-screen/#email-
 address that's the reason for my concerns. Of course if they will point to
 two different resources things change and make sense. They will need just
 a bit more context. Thank you!
