Can probably remove the "Why is this important?", but... Thinking it is a
good place to link to the help about the importance of keeping the admin
email working/current. Guessing that by now many people have seen similar
requests for email confirmation in other places/services on the net, but
may still be good to explain? :)

Yeah, it is part of the paragraph there, cannot be read out of context.
Suggestions for changes welcome!

Was wondering about that. Should we make the "Administration email
verification" heading `h2`? Or rather, is it OK when the `h1` is just a
logo/image and has no text?
