 Users with 'Editor' (and possibly other) permission level get a white
 screen when going to the dashboard.  Admin users do not get this issue.
 Also, as an admin I can’t change setting “Lowest level of access to the
 map editor”.

 WP Google Plugins Version 7.11.44
